Practice what you preach

Their is nothing wrong with claiming to be a Christian – if you are following the teachings of Christ. Our actions are just as important as our words. for our knowledge of the words of Christ (not Jesus) are the “water” of belief whilst our actions are the “fire” of belief and except a man be  “born of water and of the Spirit(Fire), he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” John 3:5. Obviously a Man who practices the water but not the spirit is far inferior to one who practices the spirit but not the water of God. And best of all is a Man who practices BOTH water and Fire (Spirit) because He is whole (holy).

But the Christ far more leans towards those who practice the fire, even if they aren’t whole and practicing the water…

34 “Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me,

36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’

37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink?

38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you?

39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’

40 And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me

And that is the true Spiritual judgement. We don’t have to know Christ to follow His teachings, Nor do we have to go to church because this whole world is Gods Church!

The native in the backblocks of New Guinea, or the Amazon or the Kalahari can all be Christians in spirit without any contact with white man, or any christians at all. All they need to do is action the Christ Spirit in this world and they are above the speakers of truth(3rd) for they are the actioners of truth(2nd). They just aren’t as high as those who are both speakers and actioners of truth(1st)!

Gandhi was a man who was able to easily flit between the Hindu teaching, the Christian teachings and the Muslim Teaching. And he was a whole (Holy) man too. But he never came out and said “I am a Christion. or a Muslim or a Hindu” because the religions are devisive on that level and he was a uniter of Man.

It is very important to be whole (Holy). “and a house divided against a house falleth (loses)”. This is in double negatives of the old language and if it is bought into the single positives of today it reads and “a house united with a house stands (wins)” Can you see the sense in this easier now?

FAr more important in the eyes of God is one who practices his faith than one who speaks it! Better still is one who practices what he preaches!
