As I have explained previously the soul is the real owner of us. We consist of the body (the ship) and the ego (the captain of the ship) whilst the soul is the actual owner of the ship and the ego is his servant.
Sometimes the ego thinks he is the captain and refuses to let the soul on board (the soul usually ascends in a helicopter) by locking up the heliport and filling it with junk (like negative thoughts and denials).
In this case the captain brings either complete idleness to the ship or disaster if the ship leaves the dock as the captain cannot make decisions and its efforts to do so usually end up with the ship on a sandbar or rocks!
When the captain is ready to admit the owner on board he clears the helipad and must actually radio the owner or boss (God/Love) for the owner to come aboard. Note how the ego must ask out aloud for this to happen. He cannot just think it there must be a communication from the captain to ask the owner aboard!
I had a request from a friend asking me to put karmic punishment on a brother who had done something wrong. I answered with an answer that I thought was appropriate and the moment I tried to send it my computer crashed and was off for three days!
After three days the internet came on again and I sought more information on what was going on. It turns out that a brother had molested children and had been caught and sentenced to ten to fifteen years in prison. He was completely unrepentant and shooting off at the mouth and this had made the sisters angry and sought revenge. Ah, the penny dropped for me and my answer changed completely, the ego was in charge of this man! And his childhood circumstances had lead him to his offending.
You see the whole family was abused and sexually molested as children. Most of them had recovered as adults and brought their children up the exact opposite 9this is why we were given contrarian thinking by God!) But this man hadn’t, this man had followed in the steps of his abusers (the children will inherit the sins of the fathers (and mothers).
As children we have no choices, as adults we have choices as long as the soul is control! If the ego is in control it simply follows its up-bringing. This is expressed in the saying, “Necessity is the mother of invention and the father of crime.” if the soul is in charge invention takes place, decisions are made to protect children and change happens. If the ego is in charge nothing changes and the crimes of the past become the crimes of the present!
Now this brother had been caught and sentenced to up to 15 years in prison so he had been punished by the physical law system. To call upon metaphysical punishment in the form of Karma would has represent “Double jeopardy” – the same crime tried twice and punished twice for it! God is just and doesn’t ever allow someone to be punished twice for the same crime.
The brother in law was upsetting the sister by insisting that they keep in contact with him because he was a good friend 9 a fair weather friend would have just abandoned him) so he was doing the right thing. I pointed out to the inquirer that the 15 years would give him time to come to terms with what he had done and seek a new answer. The only answer that will work is to cast out to god/Love to come into his life! So he was on a course of opportunity. I also pointed out that if nothing happened in those 15 years and he came out completely unchanged and intent on doing it again, then they could ask for karmic protection of his intended victims and that would be carried out!
It always causes trouble when we are outraged at a person and insist on punishment even if they are already being punished. And the justice applied in this case is always against the one seeking double punishment. Jesus said to, Resist not evil.” Does this mean we are not to fight evil in any way? No it means we have to accept the punishment handed to the offender and if the punishment was wrong allow God/Justice to apply a remedy.
So how can a punishment be wrong? In this age at present there is no death penalty in most of the western countries. This is because of misinterpretation of the old laws in the current age. The old “thou shalt not kill” is being applied to law. But in this new age there are three death penalties – One for Murder, One for arson and another for drug pushing. Those are the only death penalties that apply today. Arson covers such things as bombing so all terrorism is arson.
Now, by not applying the death penalties we are actually applying “Double jeopardy” to those sentenced to life imprisonment, because jail time does not satisfy the spiritual requirements of the death penalty. By sacrificing his life the criminal wipes that wrong (the killing) from his account on the next side. This is a great relief to his soul. But by sending him to jail, the spiritual debt is not wiped and he still has to answer for that murder on the next side.
All this may seem very confusing at first but it simply comes down to one thing – is the justice…
Physical (fines and jail),
Metaphysical (karmic) or
Spiritual (death penalty and/or accounting on the other side)
It is as simple as that in its structure. Obviously if the crime is physical then physical punishment must be applied. If the crime is metaphysical then metaphysical punishment must be applied and if the crime is spiritual then spiritual punishment must be applied. Know we cannot apply spiritual punishment. Only God can do that. So we simply have to hand the criminal on to God for handling. And that involves simply putting the person to death in a totally detached way – not for punishment or revenge.
All the current death penalties are out of date and man-made. I suggest that a person should simply be drowned by dropping into a tube of water with weights on their feet. This is a natural way of dying and, once the initial panic is passed, a very easy and pleasant way to die (I know, for I have drowned myself and passed over to the other side.) Once released from their bodies their souls no longer have to account for their ego’s actions of murderer, arson or drug pushing. Which is a great boon for the soul.
After all the soul is the real owner of the body. To imagine that the ego is the owner is like saying that the tail wags the dog!

In part one we looked at the internal synergy we need to make to complete the crew. The internal synergy basically gets the owner (you) the captain (the ego) and the ship and crew (the body) working together as a single unit. A ship without this working internal synergy can never go anywhere! The crew will be on strike, the captain will want to go only where he wants to go and the owners will be left frustrated sitting in port!
So let’s assume that you have the internal synergy going and you tell the captain that you want to go to Tahiti. He will immediately start planning the trip, ordering his crew men to get the supplies for the trip, working out a route and so forth. Within a short while you are on your way to Tahiti and eventually you will reach it!
But today let’s look at the overall lifetime of the ship. Every man made thing has a time usage factor. As soon as the sea was launched into the sea it started being attcked by the salt water. The average cruiser ship has a life span of, say, 80 years. After that it is too old and rusty to be safe at sea. But let’s say out ship is at sea and hits a big storm and starts sinking! What happens to the components? The ship and crew will sink! The captain always goes down with his ship! But the owner simply goes to the back of the ship to the helipad and gets into his helicopter and fkies away And that is a perfect description of every one’s death. The captain and the ship are destroyed but you – the owner – are not!
The ship and the captain are temporary elements meant for use on this earth. You, – the owner, the soul – are a permanent (eternal) thing meant to live forever.
During your cruising you are meant to work from your executive cabin to establish contact with other owners and to establish a connection to the source of Love – the owner of the whole fleet! Because whilst you own your own ship the source of love is in command of all the ships on earth! And it is to these headquarters that you’ll fly when your ship goes down!
And that is how death occurs. You’ll be travelling along on a beautiful day and the sea opens up and swallows your ship! You are automatically transported to your helicopter and are in the air looking down at your sinking ship, before you are even consciously aware that your ship is sinking!
Looking down at your ship you will be grateful to it for carrying you around the world be not in the least sad to to leave it! For you have a higher destination!
What was your purpose on being on the ship? To get as close to the source of love as possible. In this case we will name that source of love Tahiti. How close did you get to Tahiti! Did you actually arrive there? or are you still in port in England arguing with the captain and the crew to get going? Where ever the ship sinks that will be your “closeness” or “farness” from the source of Love (God).
In 80 years you could have easily reached Tahiti. Or you could have reached Suez. Or you could still be in Port in England. Wherever your ship goes down that represent how far away you are from God in the next world! And you will be asked why you are where you are and have to answer that simple question.
And if you are in port you will be able to see that you wasted your life!HOW? By not moving towards the source of Love. Know that we have free will for a reason. In this world we are hear form 70 -90 years on average. In those few short years (a twinkling of the eyelid) we can move to Tahiti or stay in port – the choice is ours!
But that choice ends at the point of death! In this world we have free will but none of the other worlds (mineral, vegetable, animal and the next world) don’t! So what we could have achieved in 80 years here on earth may take up to a million years to achieve in the next world – because we are dependent on the mercy of God to advance in the next world! And the time difference between what we could have achieved here on earth and what time it will take us to achieve it in the next world is the “Hell” that the messengers talk about!
This “hell” is not imposed on us by anyone except ourselves. It is the outpouring of regret at our own stupidity for not listening to the many calls that happen everyday to bring us closer to the source! We regret not listening to these calls (and they are plain as the noses on our faces with hindsight!) and that feeling is the hell we must suffer. Hell is the realisation that we had a purpose here on earth and our lack of recognition and action on that purpose!
So what is our purpose here on earth. When the ship is in the ship yard and being built it’s purpose is to float. Once it is floating (born) it’s purpose is to combine with the captain, come under his orders. This usually takes place at the age of 8.
Once the captain and crew are settled in the owner is piped aboard and the captain comes under the orders of the owners. This happens at the age of 15 and older, depending on if the captain will let us aboard or if we even know we are the owner and not just one of the crew under the captain!
Our job as owners is not to work the lines or paint the ship, not to plot the course but to work out plans for arrival at Tahiti. What are we going to do when we get there?
So looking overall our(the owners) first “task” in life is to connect with the source of love. Once we have done this our task is two fold –
(1) to help create a general divine civilisation and
(2) to help create a specific divine civilisation.
We can achieve number one by using our generalised abilities. For example we (mostly) all have the ability to reproduce here on earth. If we do this and raise good children who are spiritually balanced (not religious) then we have achieved a generalised divine civilisation because the will go on to raise good children of their own!
But to achieve our specific divene civilisation task we have to connect to LOVE and seek out our own talents and abilities and develop these (this is called our BE-ingness!) Once we have recognised and developed these we will be given a specific thing to achieve here on earth that only we can do! If we do this then we achieve the state of heaven here on earth!
From the ship parable point of view we could be in the pacific when we hear a distress call from another ship. According to sea tradition it is the duty of all ships to come to the aid of any ships in distress. But the captain or the owner could over-ride that code and just continue on. This distress code could be our specific divine task on earth!
So the journey is important too, not just the destination!
The crewman oversees his part of the ship – perhaps he is a cook who feeds the crew. The captain oversees the ship, but the owner has to oversee a much larger area of concern – perhaps a whole ocean! The source of Love – the owner of the fleet – overseas the world world! Once we get this order in our minds (sould) we can do what we were made to do – to help create a divine civilisation, to leave this world a better [lace when we leave it than it was when we joined it!!
Why a divine civilisation. Isn’t it enough to create a human civilisation? No, because human civilisations can only last 60 year of average whilst divine civilisations can last for up to 1,000 years! So is our part in life going to be human (that ends when we die) or divine (that continues on after we die?) I know which one I want to achieve and it is not the former one!
In part three we will look at what the difference is between spiritual and religious, and the difference between human and divine civilisations – and how to recognise the qualities that create divine civilisation.

I promised to write about the parable of the ship. And this is part one.
Many years ago i got the idea of destroying my ego (because I’d been told it was a bad thing to have!) and so set to work to do this. Being a visual i chose a visual method of doing this. At first i tried pulling out a gun and shooting him. But he appeared to be so fast that he dodged the bullets all together! Then I tried boxing him into submission, but no matter how hard i fought him he would appear in the next round fresh as the moment he started. Then i tried having him eaten by a ferocious crocodile, but that didn’t work either. I tried for 6 months until I turned to God in frustration and asked, “why can’t I destroy my ego???!!!”
To which God replied, “Because your ego is your servant and a gift from Me to you! Why are you trying to destroy my Gift to you?”
“What do you mean by a gift?” I asked?
“Your body is a ship that i have gifted to you also! Every ship needs a captain to drive it. Your ego is the captain of the ship. If you destroy the captain who is going to drive the ship for you? How will you get anywhere without a captain?”
“Duh!”, I said, “I’m a dummy! If the ego is the captain, then how do i fit onto the ship? I thought I was the captain of the ship!”
“No, You are the owner of the ship!” said God to me! “The owner tells the captain where he wants to go, the captain sets the route and orders whatever needs to be done to prepare for the trip and the ship is then sets off and is then safely guided to where you want to go to!”
“Duh, duh, duh!”I said said smacking myself on the forehead – I was so dumb!
“So what do i have to do with MY EGO now?” I asked.
“You have to approach him and make peace. Offer your hand of friendship, tell him that you control where you want the ship to go but that he is in control of getting it there! That will make him very happy indeed!”
So I did this and He (God) was right (as usual!) and the captain and I became good friends of the ship together. I didn’t interfere with his job and he didn’t interfere with mine! We created the first part of our internal synergy – the allocation of the correct jobs to the correct people! Next we talked about the crew and I set the conditions of the crews treatment and the keeping of the ship – “ship shape and Bristol fashion” That bought the crew and the ship into the synergy as well and so we had a complete internal synergy [value of 111 = 1(ship) + 10 (captain) +100(owner)].
Know that without this internal synergy we can never be whole and the ship can never sail to it’s destination! [“A house divided (unsynergised) can never win(sail)!” – “A house united (internally synergized) will always win(sail)!”]
And that is part one of the parable of the ship. We are born as the ships hull, the captain comes on board around age 8 and the owner should come on board as early as the age of 15, but because of lack of spiritual training it is usually far later than this (I was in my late 30’s).
The parable of the ship also explains the whole of our life and what happens at death. I’ll explain that in part two,

This parable explains the setup of all Mankind. We are each born knowing nothing, not even being able to see for the first two weeks or so. Then we are “born” into the body where we live for the first two years of our lives. Basically the body is our ship and the first two years represents the time the ship is being built in the dock. At the age of two the ship is launched into the water and the captain comes on board and wants to take over. Of course, the crewmen resist and there is a battle for ownership that the captain always wins in the end! This battle is known as “the terrible twos” by parents.
Once the captain is in the drivers seat, the ship really doesn’t go anywhere for about another 6 years, as the captain is learning the ropes of being a captain and getting the ship into order – “ship-shape and Bristol fashion!”
At the age of 7 or 8 the ship actually leaves the berth for the first time for trial runs. These last another 7 years until the ship is ready for the owner to come on board at the age of 15 – the minimum age of spiritual maturity.
The owner takes some time to settle in, depending on their education (most people are sadly lacking in this aspect). Sometimes the owner is weak-willed and won’t take over ownership of the ship. This is a common ailment that leaves the Captain in charge of the ship as substitute owner and the Captain, whilst good at his job of controlling the ship and the crew, cannot make decisions! If the captain is allowed to make decisions, they are invariably bad decisions and the ship ends upon the rocks!
After I was reborn I spent 6 months trying to destroy my ego (the Captain of the ship) but couldn’t do it no matter how hard I tried. So I asked God, “why can’t I destroy my ego?” and God replied, “Because I created him to serve you! Go to him and make peace, allow him to do his job and you do yours, and everyone will be happy!” So I did that, and approached him in Peace instead of battle, talked to him and told him that he was the captain, it was his job to run the ship and to take the ship places. It was My job to decide where to go! If he was happy with that I would stop fighting him and support him instead. Was he Happy? You bet your life he was/is!
Now I tell the captain where I want to go and he plots the course, provisions the ship, organizes the crew and sets off to My Destination! When he was in charge, whenever he made a decision the ship ended up on the rocks of the harbour, never even reaching the ocean. So everyone is happy now.
What happens when we die? Again use the ship parable. When we die the ship sinks, taking the crew with it. The Captain always goes down with his ship. However I, as the owner, simply go out to the helipad and hop into my helicopter and fly away into the sky to safety! That is the difference between Me, the owner, and me the captain. I am immortal, he is mortal. The ship represents our body whilst the captain represents our brain/ego. I however, the owner, represent the soul. The soul is immortal, living forever, whilst the ship and the captain have a use-by date when they can no longer keep afloat. When the ship sinks it is called death, but only two of three parts actually die. The owner lives on. Many are in denial of this fact. This is the way of all human life.
What about animals, I here someone saying? Animals also consist of a ship and the captain, but all animals have just one owner, who doesn’t live on the ship at all. This is called a collective soul. And that is the difference between Man and animals; man has an individual soul, whilst animals have a collective one. The parable of the Garden of Eden represents our release (not expulsion) from the animal way of life, from a collective soul to an individual soul.
How do you know if a person hasn’t made Peace with the captain? Because the ego will be in control and they will be addicted to something – like power, cars, sex, money, drugs, gambling, lying, cheating, stealing etc. In these cases the captain is in control and wrecking the ship, because the owner has a “hands off” policy – they are basically asleep. Once the owner awakens and confronts the captain, everything can change in that persons life! The soul makes a decision and quitting smoking is done, as are all addictions, although the ship may have to go back into dock (therapy) to repair the damage done!
So that is the parable of the Owner, the captain and the ship. Once all three are working together in their rightfull places then that person is “whole“. Once a person is whole, the ship cruises the seas and everyone aboard benefits!
DEATH!!! It strikes fear into the hearts of those who haven’t experienced it , those who FEAR it (FEAR is an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real), or those ignorant of it until a close or final meeting with it. The unfortunate thing about death is that we (most of us) are taught to fear it as children. The fearful always remains until it is consciously or spiritually changed. Change only comes from study or experience.
I was lucky in that I drowned at the age of 21, passed over to the other side and was returned to earth to (unknown to me then) complete a mission. I had what is called a Near Death Experience, a soul experience with death in which one actually enters through the door of death and experiences it directly. Many people have a scrape with death where they approach the door of death and are terrified because this is a metaphysical experience in which the brain and body both react to the situation by trying run away in terror. This experience doesn’t teach the JOY of Death at all, rather it leaves an impression of terror.
As the chart below shows the spirit lives on whilst the brain and body are annihilated, killed, die. There is no escaping the fact that two thirds of our human entity is destroyed at the point of death. And people tend to focus on the two thirds that is lost rather than focusing on what happens to the soul. For the soul is released like a baby from a tight womb or a chicken from a restrictive egg shell! Death is not a punishment but a reward for life!
“O SON OF THE SUPREME! I have made death a messenger of joy to thee. Wherefore dost thou grieve? I made the light to shed on thee its splendor. Why dost thou veil thyself therefrom?”
Both the brain and the body fear their own annihilation whilst the souls looks forward to it! This is the clash within Man.
As you can see in the chart below the spiritual (our soul) lives whilst the captain and the ship are lost because the ship sinks and the captain always goes down with the ship! The owner simply goes to the helipad on board the ship, and flies away! So the ship and the captain are annihilated whilst the owner gains his freedom from the ship.
Plane Death 1 Death 2
Spiritual lives Owner flies away in helicopter
Metaphysical dies Captain goes down with ship
Physical dies Ship sinks
Plane Death 3
I hope this makes it clear to you. If I have left anything out please let me know by emailing me on email@example.com
This is part two of a multiple series that will be published in a book in the near future. all work presented here is COPYRIGHT to rev Mas J’iam 2013
A couple of years ago I was inspired to write a chart down. It was the culmination of 35 years of studies into metaphysics. The time has come for me to release this chart to the world (everything has an order!)
The chart works on three levels and interconnects all three by describing the properties of each level. So, including the descriptive header the chart is 4 rows deep. Below is the very left hand column…
There are many (30+) columns of descriptions. The first two columns are as follows…
Plane Type Status
Spiritual Soul-mind Owner
Metaphysical Brain-ego Captain
Physical Body Ship
So the first column (Type) describes the three integral parts of all beings on earth, that of the Soul, the Brain and the Body. So on the top level we have the Soul/mind (did you know that your mind doesn’t reside in your brain? It resides in the eighth chakra and is connected to the brain from there) The next level down is the brain which is also called the ego. And the lowest level, the physical, is the body.
Each of these levels are described in the status column as Owner, captain and ship. So you/ your mind are the Owner of the ship and the captain must work for you. The captain is your servant who cannot make decisions (all decisions come from the soul) and who is liable to run the ship onto the rocks if he takes it out onto the harbour of his own volition. However if you tell him where to go he doesn’t have to make a decision and can carry out the whole trip safely and quickly, no matter where you want to go, exactly to your orders.
The ship is controlled by the captain and you have to let him do this. You also have to make sure he treats the ship and the seamen fairly and tell him off if he doesn’t (or praise him if he does!)
At one stage I spent six months trying to destroy the ego (captain of the ship) and in the end I asked God why I couldn’t do it? “Because I created him to serve you,” He replied, and he is under my protection. If the ship has no captain, who is going to sail it for you? DUH!!! (says I at my Idiocy) So I had to go to the captain and make peace with him, give him command of the ship, layout how I expected him to treat the crew and keep the ship in good shape (“ship shape and Bristol fashion!”) After that life was so, so much easier. I tell the captain where I want to go, he plots the course and gives orders to the crew on what to do, when to do it and where to steer the ship! In the end we all get to our destination safely and happily!
I hope that is a clear description. If you have any questions on something you want clarified please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
